Nigeria : APC Drags President Jonathan, Obanikoro and Fayose To ICC

The PUNCH says the APC has not let up on their quest for probity into the audio recording which allegedly captured the PDP leaders conspiring with the military to rig the Ekiti polls in June 21, 2014.

The APC has now asked the International Criminal Court in The Hague to investigate the President of Nigeria and eight other people.

Apart from president Jonathan, the other people implicated in the petition are: "are Minister of State for Foreign Affairs II, Musiliu Obanikoro; Ekiti State governor, Mr. Ayodele Fayose; former governorship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party in Osun State, Iyiola Omisore; and Chief of Defence Staff, Air Chief Marshal Alex Badeh,

Others are Chief of Army Staff, Lt. Gen. Kenneth Minimah, the Commanding Officer of the Nigerian Army’s 32nd Artillery Brigade Commander, Akure, Ondo State, Brig. Gen. Aliyu Momoh; a member of the Federal House of Representatives, Abdulkareem; and the Minister of Police Affairs, Mr. Jelili Adesiyan."
