Vote Not Fight!! Open Letter To The Great People Of Our Country, Nigeria.

Dear great people of our country, I want to say congratulations to everyone of us that is bestowed with the opportunity of making history in our dear nation, in deciding the captain that will ferries our ship for the next four years.

This is an opportunity that comes only once in every four years. So, I encourage us to think wisely before making our decisions.

Please Nigerians, as we go out to thumb print for the candidate of our choice tomorrow, it is sacrosanct that we do away with our ethnic jingoism, religious chauvinism, unscrupulous agitations, geographical nepotism and vote based on political pronunciamento of the candidate, if we want our dear nation to leave the state of quagmire and move forward during the next four years.

Words like adequate security, quality education, reduced rate of unemployment, equal right for every citizen, good economy, adequate power supply, zero tolerance for corruption, diversification of economy, quality and affordable housing etc..

Should dominate our conscious and subconscious before making such decision.

Further more, I beseech us to avoid every act of violence such as campaigning at the polling stations, bellicose vituperation for probity, belligerent antagonism, ostentatious explanation of political party manifesto etc… during the voting process.

The great people of this country, our civic right is simple! it is to go out enmass and vote for the right candidate and not cause chaos or unrest in the society.

Conclusively, as we cast our votes, let’s think about our old parents, the coming generations, our children’s future, our old age and ultimately the legacy we want to leave behind when we die.

Nigerians please for once let’s us make history, let’s vote right and not fight. Let’s us vote for the right person.
